Stand up the pressing bar circle, find an inner support mold with the same diameter as the main shaft and similar length of the pressing bar and stand it in the middle of the pressing bar (a suitable wooden stake can also be used), and then press the pressing bar in the direction of removal, and alternately press the pressing bar with an octagonal pressing bar and a square pressing bar. Finally, when the square pressing bar is pressed in, it is best to reverse the edges and corners. It should not be too tight or too loose. During the assembly process, hammer the end faces of other pressing bars to make them close together. After all are driven in, hammer the pressing bars to make them neatly close to the inner wall of the pressing bar circle. Touch the inner wall of the pressing bar with your hand to make sure there is no protrusion.

To divide the oil lines of the four-corner pressing bars, check that the arrangement order of the oil lines of the pressing bars is from the unloading end to the large oil line and gradually transition to the small oil line. The depth and direction of the oil lines of each group of pressing bars should be consistent. If it is too tight when being driven in or too loose, the large and small faces of the octagonal pressing bar can be used to adjust the tightness.
After the pressing bar is installed, the two end faces are chamfered and then driven into the front and rear supports. Both sides are driven evenly. The front and rear support sides should be aligned. Otherwise, after driving, the two holes are not concentric and the pull rod cannot be inserted. After the front and rear supports of the pressing bar are installed, check whether there is a protrusion on the inner wall of the pressing bar. If there is, knock it straight.
After the oil press body, bracket, and positioning support plate are installed, when installing the pressing bar, the hexagonal and quadrangular pressing bars should be placed and installed alternately, and first close to the inner wall of the body and other holes. Pay attention to protecting the edges of the pressing bar and not damaging it. The tightness of the pressing bar installation should be based on the last quadrangular pressing bar driven in with a wooden hammer. If it is too loose, add an adjustment gasket. To prevent the gasket from being squeezed and deformed by the pressure in the pressing chamber and leaking slag. After the pressing bar is installed, the inner circle formed should be flat and smooth.
