After the new oil press is installed, it is ground for 4-8 hours. The method is to slowly feed the cake material that has been squeezed dry from the hopper, and repeatedly press it to polish the pressing chamber. Remember not to pour the material directly into the hopper at the beginning of grinding, but to feed it by hand to prevent the screw shaft from getting stuck. If the feeding is too fierce, abnormal noise appears in the pressing chamber or the screw shaft gets stuck, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the obstruction, or reassemble it before starting the grinding. It is strictly forbidden to force the trailer.
During normal oil pressing, the feed must be kept uniform, and it must not be too much or too little or idling without cutting off the feed. At this time, the machine load is normal, the operation is stable, and the sound is rhythmic. The cakes are discharged smoothly, there is basically no residue in the low-pressure section, and there is a small amount of oil residue in the high-pressure section, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not more than 10%. The temperature in the pressing chamber can reach 150-200℃, and the green smoke coming out of the cake outlet should be discharged from the smoke pipe through the protective cover. The hot cakes should be spread out in time, and do not rush to pile or ship them, otherwise natural phenomena will occur. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan blowing should be taken.
(I) The lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of work. The oil cup on the reducer should not be short of oil. The bearing inside the adjusting screw of the pressing screw shaft should be filled with butter once a shift from the adjusting screw hole. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
(II) All lubricating parts should be prevented from dust and other impurities. The oil quality of the reducer box should be checked once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, all the oil should be replaced.
(III) When the pressing volume is reduced and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the pressing screw shaft should be pulled out, and the wear of the pressing screw, pressing bar, and cake ring should be checked. The worn parts should be replaced in time.
