When the fully automatic oil press is running, the pre-processed oil will enter the pressing chamber from the hopper. The rotation of the pressing screw will push the embryo to continue to press. Because the embryo is in motion in the pressing chamber and is affected by the high-pressure environment, there will be significant friction resistance between the embryo and the pressing screw and the pressing chamber. This friction not only promotes relative movement between the embryo particles, but also helps to release oil.

In addition, the design of the pressing screw also plays a key role. This design allows the embryo to flip while moving forward. At the same time, the material layer close to the surface of the screw thread will rotate with the pressing shaft. This design makes each embryo particle in the pressing chamber move at different speeds and directions, and the relative movement between the particles further intensifies the generation of friction heat.
The heat generated by friction not only meets the heat conditions required for the oil pressing process, but also promotes the thermal denaturation of protein in the embryo, destroys the colloidal structure, increases its plasticity, and reduces the viscosity of the oil, making it easier to squeeze out the oil and flow out through the gaps in the round and strip rows, effectively improving the oil yield.
In the use of the fully automatic oil press, the oil yield is an important performance indicator. The oil yield varies depending on different oil crops and operating conditions. However, for peanut kernels, a common oil crop, the fully automatic oil press can usually achieve an oil yield of 45-48%, which is significantly more efficient than traditional oil pressing methods.
