How to adjust the oil press when the oil output rate is low?

Raw material problems
1. The moisture content of the raw material is too high, and the time for frying the raw material in the wok is too short; solution: check the wok and the raw material, and stir-fry it thoroughly.
2. For special raw materials such as cotton seeds, the shelling or fluffing is not clean, which causes the oil press equipment to not work smoothly (raw materials are wrapped around the shaft); solution: check and repair the pretreatment equipment to ensure the pre-pressing raw material processing.
3. The pressure state and pressure of the pre-pressed raw grain are not up to standard; when the pressure state is correct, the pressing pressure should be slightly greater than the "critical pressure" of the pressed material. Its range is 9-100MPa, depending on the oil.
Problems with the pressing operation method
1. The temperature of the pressing chamber is too low, the oil fluidity is poor, and it is not easy to produce oil. Solution: Maintain the appropriate temperature according to different oil presses (hydraulic oil presses or screw oil presses); for example, the working temperature of the hydraulic oil press is preferably maintained at 100-130°C.
2. The pressing time is too short; the pressing time is reasonably determined according to different raw materials and oil presses (screw or hydraulic). Under normal circumstances, the pressing time and oil yield are high;
Oil press adjustment or failure
1. Check whether the oil press is faulty according to the instructions (oil storage in the hopper, wear of parts, etc.); Solution: Regular maintenance and replacement of wear parts according to the instructions during daily use;
2. Non-common problems; Contact the manufacturer to solve the problem.
