Start the motor, start the soybean oil press, add 6-8% water to the cake, pour it into the hopper, polish the pressing chamber, and do not feed too much, otherwise the rapeseed soybean oil press may cause the pressing chamber to be blocked and the machine to be stuck. Therefore, the material should be fed slowly and evenly at the beginning. After the pressing chamber is polished and the cake is discharged normally, the embryo can be poured into the hopper. After operation, observe the cake discharge. If there is no cake, withdraw the screw 1-2 turns. If the soybean oil press still does not discharge cake, it should be stopped for inspection.
Remember to avoid reverse driving. Perform the initial pressing work after troubleshooting. During normal operation, the cake is 1-2 mm thick, tile-shaped, non-sticky, smooth inside, wrinkled outside, and no oil stains on the surface. Adjustment of the cake thickness of soybean oil press: Move the handle on the adjusting bolt and rotate the adjusting bolt clockwise. When the bolt is turned outward, the cake is thicker, otherwise the cake is thinner.
Perform reliability test on the safety valve, adjust the safety valve to the working pressure (upper left +5, lower left +1) MPa, and test it 5 times in a row. The needle valve opens and closes sensitively. The pressure gauge reading should not be lower than the rated working pressure after each valve jump.
Perform the whole machine pressure resistance test. The pressure used in the test is 1.25 times the working pressure. Check that the piston is extended to the maximum working stroke, stabilize the pressure for 15 minutes, and the pressure gauge reading drop value shall not exceed 4% of the test pressure.
