1. Before using the oil press, you must read the instruction manual carefully and be familiar with the performance characteristics and operation methods of the machine.
2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out. All fasteners must not be loose, the handle must rotate flexibly, and the pulley must be turned by hand. All operating parts should be normal and there should be no abnormal noise. Then add oil to the reducer.
3. Loosen the locking nut and turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise (the adjusting handle turns counterclockwise, the cake gap becomes narrower, and the adjusting handle turns clockwise, and the cake gap becomes wider). Make the conical surface of the pressing screw close to the conical surface of the cake ring, then turn the adjusting screw clockwise (turn out 3-5 turns), and then tighten the nut to prepare for starting.
4. The machine is connected to a three-phase four-wire power supply. After the power is turned on, the main shaft should rotate counterclockwise. Regardless of any situation, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it cannot be started.
5. Adjust the temperature controller to the required temperature of 120℃-180℃ (depending on the oil) for pressing. Turn the heating switch to the main heating position to heat the machine. At this time, the green light on the temperature controller is on and the red light is off. When the machine temperature rises to the set temperature, the red light is on and the green light is off. The temperature of the machine is automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature. In winter, when the temperature is low, turn the heating switch to the main heating position to increase the temperature of the oil pan and facilitate the retention of oil.
6. Press the main motor button (turn the main switch to the positive position) and the main engine starts to run. The rotation direction should be counterclockwise.

7. After the new oil press is installed, grind for 4-8 hours. The method is to slowly feed the cake material that has been squeezed dry from the hopper, repeatedly press it back, and polish the pressing chamber. Remember not to pour the material directly into the hopper when starting to grind, but to feed it by hand to prevent the screw shaft from getting stuck. If the feed is too strong, abnormal noises occur in the press chamber or the screw shaft is stuck, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the obstruction, or the machine should be reassembled before starting the press. Forced towing is strictly prohibited.
8. During normal oil pressing, the feed must be kept uniform, and it should not be too much or too little or idle. At this time, the machine load is normal, the operation is stable, and the sound is rhythmic. The cake is discharged smoothly, there is basically no residue in the low-pressure section, and there is a small amount of oil residue in the high-pressure section, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not more than 10%. The temperature in the press chamber can reach 150-200℃, and the green smoke from the cake outlet should be discharged from the smoke pipe through the shield. The hot cakes should be spread out in time, and do not rush to pile or ship them. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan blowing should be taken.
9. When the squeezed oil flows into the oil filter, press the vacuum pump button, the vacuum pump starts to run, the air in the oil filter is pumped out, the internal pressure is formed in the oil filter barrel of the oil press, the oil above is naturally pumped into the oil filter, and the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. After the squeezing is completed and the oil is exhausted, open the valve on the oil filter, stop the vacuum pump, and dry residue is formed on the filter cloth. Scrape it off with a scraper, and the pure oil in the oil filter can be released from the bottom valve of the filter.
10. Stop the machine. Stop feeding before stopping, then put in a small amount of cake crumbs, and wait until the remaining material in the press chamber is exhausted and no more cakes are discharged from the cake outlet before stopping. After stopping, turn the adjusting screw clockwise for 1-3 turns and disconnect the power supply.
