Process analysis of peanut oil press

Peanut is a crop with a high oil content. Its internal oil exists in the form of spheres or particles in the cell and is surrounded by a closed film. During the external extrusion, this film and the cell wall break together, and the peanut oil flows out from the cracks; during the extrusion process, the oil in the peanut is partially squeezed out, and the peanut becomes brittle and hard, losing its original elasticity; and the peanut red skin contains more fiber, which separates from the surface of the peanut after pressure is applied, so that the peanut red skin is easy to fall off; during the extrusion process, the peanut is subjected to pressure rather than shear force, so there is no broken kernel phenomenon, and it is easy to restore to its original state; according to the requirements of fat content, different pressures are applied respectively. Defatted peanuts with different effects can be obtained.
Process requirements: peanut defatting rate is more than 50%; peanuts are intact without broken grains, there is no adhesion between peanuts, and peanut red skin is easy to fall off. The most important factor affecting the degreasing effect is water content, and the secondary factor is time. The best degreasing effect is achieved at 4.52%-7.26%. (Excessive water content affects the oil yield, and excessive dryness can easily cause a high peanut breakage rate.) The production process of crude peanut oil: peanut kernels - temperature controlled drying - raw material packaging - pressurization - defatted peanut kernels.
