2. Check the hydraulic oil of the tank. The hydraulic oil in the tank needs to be clear and free of impurities. When filling the oil, it also needs to be filtered and removed to ensure that the oil circuit is smooth. In addition, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced regularly.

3. Pay attention to oil pump pressurization. The pressure of the oil pump should pay attention to the intensity. If it is too fierce, the greater the impact of the hydraulic system, the more damaged the compression equipment and parts will be, and the life of the oil refining equipment will be shortened. Similarly, pay attention to the pressure when the oil is returned from the pump.

4. Clean impurities from other devices in time. Before the operation of the oil refining equipment, it is necessary to check whether the installation of each component is in place, whether there is loose, and timely remedy. Note that some parts can be coated with oil to prevent rust.
